About Haven
What Haven is, who it's built for, and where it fits.
What is Haven?
Haven is the intelligence layer for creator-led growth. It connects research, strategy, creator matching, production, and performance analysis into a single workflow — turning audience signal into high-performing creative, matched to the right creators, delivered and learned from at scale.
Who is Haven built for?
Growth-focused brands that take paid performance seriously and rely on creator content as a core growth input. Most Haven brands spend $100k+ per month on paid media, lean heavily on short-form (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts), and need consistent, high-performing creative at velocity. Haven also serves a curated network of professional creators (typically 30k–4M+ followers) operating in defined niches.
How is Haven different from a creator marketplace?
Marketplaces are open and bid-driven — usually sorted by follower count or rate. Haven is curated, matched, and strategy-led. Creators don't bid; they're matched into campaigns based on audience overlap, voice fit, proven performance, and alignment with the specific creative direction Haven has generated. The strategy comes first, and creator selection follows from it.
Where does the actual product live?
The Haven product runs at app.havenhq.ai. This site is the public presence — what Haven is, how pricing works, the blog, and the creator application. You'll move into the product itself when you sign up.

How Haven Works
The end-to-end loop, from intake to performance feedback.
Walk me through what happens after I sign in.
You start with a guided AI intake — describe your brand in plain language, upload a brief, or share your URL. Haven extracts your voice, ICP, positioning, and goals. From there it runs multi-modal research (paid ads, organic content, competitor activity, audience discourse), generates a structured creative strategy with reasoning attached to every recommendation, surfaces matched creators, and produces production-ready briefs. You assemble the campaign, activate it, and Haven closes the loop with performance data once content is live.
What is Ponder?
Ponder is Haven's agent system — the engine behind the strategy layer. It collects inputs (brand, audience, goals), conducts autonomous research across paid and organic signals, then generates structured creative strategy with explicit reasoning behind every decision. Ponder runs in two modes: Guided (human-in-the-loop approvals at each stage) for high-stakes campaigns, and Performance (minimal friction, faster execution) for high-velocity testing programs.
What does creator matching actually use?
Creators are matched on (1) audience overlap with your ICP, (2) content style and voice alignment, (3) proven performance in similar campaigns, (4) pricing and availability, and (5) fit with the specific creative direction Haven generated. Not follower count. Not bid price.
How does the performance feedback loop work?
Once creative is live, Haven ingests campaign-level data — CTR, CPA, ROAS, retention — alongside the individual creative assets, then identifies what's driving performance, what's underperforming, and what should be scaled or cut. Those learnings feed back into the strategy layer so the next campaign starts smarter than the last. This is the closed loop that compounds in value over time.
What is preflight analysis?
Preflight evaluates a creative before it launches. Haven compares it against historical campaign data, predicts a likely performance tier (high / average / low), and flags risks and improvement opportunities. The point is faster iteration, cheaper testing, and fewer wasted ad dollars.

Pricing & Plans
How Haven is billed, what each tier includes, and contract terms.
How is Haven priced?
Haven is hybrid: a monthly subscription for platform access plus transactional pricing for individual creator engagements. Subscription tiers (Chat, Performance, Pro, Enterprise) cover Haven's intelligence and infrastructure. Creator engagements are billed separately at $2,500–$20,000 each, depending on creator tier, deliverables, and scope.
What does each subscription tier include?
Chat — MCP access to Haven's curated creator database from inside Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok. Performance — performance analysis, preflight evaluation, and creative insights applied to creative you're already producing. Pro — everything in Performance plus full execution: creator network access, campaign workflows, content review, and automated payouts. Enterprise — end-to-end platform with advanced research, dedicated support, custom integrations, and higher-volume capacity.
Are there contracts?
Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. Enterprise plans are negotiated with custom terms.
Is there a typical budget profile?
Most Haven brands spend $100k+ per month on paid media and run several creator engagements at a time — that's where the closed-loop learning is most visible. Smaller programs work too, particularly on the Chat or Performance tiers, but Haven is built for velocity.

Working with Creators
How vetting, matching, briefs, and turnaround actually work.
How are creators vetted?
Haven is curated, not open. Creators are screened on audience integrity, content track record, niche specificity, and production reliability before joining. The network typically spans 30k to 4M+ followers across defined verticals — wellness, beauty, finance, fitness, lifestyle, tech, food, and others.
Are creators bidding against each other?
No. Haven matches creators into campaigns based on fit — audience, voice, proven performance, and alignment with the creative direction. Pricing is set per engagement, not auctioned.
What does a creator engagement actually include?
Each engagement includes the production-ready brief Haven generates (script, hook, shot list, lighting, on-screen text, CTAs, brand-safety guardrails), in-platform brand-to-creator communication, structured review and feedback workflows, delivery of platform-native assets, and automated payout once content is approved. Standard turnaround is roughly 7 days from activation.
What if a creator declines or doesn't respond?
Creators have a 72-hour window to respond after they're notified of an opportunity. If a creator declines or doesn't respond in time, you can re-allocate to another matched creator from the same direction without rebuilding the campaign.

Haven from your AI assistant
Querying the creator network from inside Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok.
Can I really use Haven inside my AI assistant?
Yes. Haven is available as a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Once connected, you can query the creator network from inside Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok using natural language — surface creators against a brief, pull bios and follower counts across each platform, get social links, and iterate on matches conversationally without leaving the chat surface.
Why use Haven inside an assistant instead of the dashboard?
Because that's where the strategy work is already happening for many growth teams. Pulling creator intelligence into the same conversation as the strategic thinking removes a context switch — and keeps the assistant's context aware of who's been considered and why.
Which assistants are supported?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok at launch. Additional assistants will follow as their tool surfaces stabilize. The Chat subscription works across all four with no per-assistant fee.

For Creators
Joining the network, briefs, and how payouts work.
Who can apply to Haven's creator network?
Professional creators with roughly 30k+ followers, a clear and definable niche, a track record of brand partnerships, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality promotional content. Apply through the Become a Creator page; applications are reviewed individually.
Do creators see briefs before accepting work?
Yes. Creators receive the full brief — direction, deliverables, budget — before they decide to accept the engagement. The 72-hour response window starts at notification.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are automated. Once content is delivered and approved in the platform, payment is released — no invoices, no chasing, no manual reconciliation.

Creator-led growth, more broadly
How influencer marketing fits into modern paid performance.
What's the difference between influencer marketing and UGC?
Influencer marketing usually treats the creator's audience as the asset — you're buying access to their reach and trust. UGC (user-generated content) treats the creator as a producer — you're buying the content itself to run as paid media. Modern creator-led growth blurs both: a curated creator produces content rooted in their voice, and the brand uses that content across paid and organic channels. Haven supports both modes, and most engagements pair them.
Why does creator content perform so well in paid?
Performance creative on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts rewards content that doesn't look or feel like an ad. Creators are native to those formats, so the content they produce tends to outperform studio-shot ads on attention, completion, and downstream conversion — especially at the top of the funnel.
Does Haven replace my agency?
Haven replaces the strategy and creator-coordination layers that agencies traditionally provide — research, creative direction, creator sourcing, campaign assembly, and performance analysis. If your agency is also handling paid media buying, attribution, or deeper post-production, those workflows can sit alongside Haven. Most teams treat Haven as the unifying layer and use it to consolidate fragmented vendor relationships.
